Enterprise Management Systems (EMS): Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, SolarWinds, HP OpenView, Remedy, and HP Service Manager (SM).
Software Installation & Upgrades: Assist in patching, installing, upgrading, and integrating software solutions within enterprise environments.
Configuration & Change Management: Support configuration changes, system availability, and compliance tracking to ensure seamless IT operations.
System Administration: Help manage IT system availability, backups, replication activities, and day-to-day monitoring of enterprise applications.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide second-level problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for IT systems and applications.
Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge articles to support IT teams and end-users.
