Job Description:
The Technical Program Optimization Lead (TPOL) is a critical member of the Program Management Office (PMO), providing technical oversight, process improvement, and operational support to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. This role ensures seamless integration of technical solutions, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and optimizes program processes to meet strategic objectives.

Job Description:
The Technical Program Optimization Lead (TPOL) is a critical member of the Program Management Office (PMO), providing technical oversight, process improvement, and operational support to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. This role ensures seamless integration of technical solutions, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and optimizes program processes to meet strategic objectives.
The Technical Program Optimization Lead shall possess the following capabilities:
- Technical Support & Integration: Assist the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager with the technical aspects of the overall program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to improve workflow, communication, and program execution.
- Operational Optimization: Analyze and refine operational processes, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate actionable recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with technical teams, program staff, and leadership to streamline operations and drive program success.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential risks in program execution and develop strategies to mitigate them proactively.
- Technology Implementation: Support the adoption and integration of new tools, software, and systems to enhance program efficiency.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all program documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and adheres to organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in program management, process optimization, or technical operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience in risk management and technical integration within complex programs.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in program management and technical operations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
