The Human Capital (HC) Business Intelligence (BI) Practitioner will support the Human Resources (HR) client by managing a variety of data from the HR system of record and other external data sources. This includes sustaining an ad hoc help desk, creating pre-canned reporting solutions, and building visually appealing dashboards and infographics. The report developer will also be responsible for gathering any necessary requirements, uncovering nuances in the data, working directly with HC data customers, and ensuring the proper maintenance of the deliverable(s). The HC BI Analyst will also be supporting the client with strategic initiatives to aide in modernizing and elevating the client’s capability across key workforce analytics dimensions, i.e. Automation, Visualization, Reporting, Data Quality, Data Collection, Benchmarking, and more.
