Visualization Tool Administrator

Responsibilities
· Administer Tableau and PowerBI servers (installation, patching, regression testing)
· Configure tools for secure access (SSL/TLS, etc.) from users / to SAP HANA
· Integrate analytic tools to connect with SAP HANA via PKI single sign-on
· Integrate and upgrade analytic tools within a sandbox environment
· Perform load testing and capacity planning for Tableau and PowerBI servers
· Configure and tune Tableau and PowerBI servers for optimal performance via best practices
· Troubleshoot visualization tool issues with Salesforce and Microsoft support engineers
· Evaluate, plan, test, and execute security patching
Desired Experience
· Understanding of business intelligence suites (Tableau, PowerBI, COGNOS, etc.)
· Understanding of relational database and analytic object access methods (JDBC/ODBC/MDX)
Experience with reporting/analysis tools – PowerBI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks, Python, R
Experience with enterprise-scale relational databases (SAP HANA preferred)
Experience with Windows, Linux, and scripting
Experience with Active Directory and SAML authentication configuration
Experience with SSL/TLS and PKI authentication configuration
Experience with administration of an operational software system

Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
· Professional certification(s) desired
Clearance Requirements:
· TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
