Job Description
The Master Scheduler is the focal point for coordinating supply chain plans and strategies. They manage the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies, and maintains master production schedules, firm and forecasted, that satisfies customer demand while maintaining optimal resource utilization. They contribute to the optimization of the scheduling system by coordinating updates of critical inputs to the ERP system, including such parameters as planning calendar, lead times, time fences, lot sizes, action messages, and other order modifiers. They foster, drive, promote, and participate in continual communications with manufacturing, program, and supply chain teams.
The Master Scheduler will drive to connect analytic insights to decision and action. Scheduler will partner with stakeholders on the development and implementation of projects that improve overall scheduling and risk mitigation.
This role will be unique in that it will combine Master Scheduling with some supply chain planning responsibilities, mainly performing material assessments for forecasted work, to ensure viability of requested schedules.

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' work experience or equivalent experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' work experience or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Master Scheduling and/or Supply Chain planning in a manufacturing environment
- ERP System Experience (Oracle, SAP, Other), inclusive of shop floor control systems
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes
- Sales & Operations Experience / knowledge
- Ability to verbally and accurately report production status to program team or factory team
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to leadership team, production team, and customers
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business/supply chain or related field
- Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations
- Project Management experience
- Ability to implement Lean & Six Sigma improvements
- Root Cause/Corrective Action Skills
- Knowledge in one or more of the following: Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Management, and Capacity or Production Planning
