As a trainer on our team, you'll lead instruction for our defense clients through live and recorded instruction. You'll share your extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources and support team you need to excel.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience developing and providing training across various mediums, including classroom, computer-based, on-the-job, and self-help
• Experience working across multi-disciplinary project teams, including project management, change management, communications, process improvement, and training
• Knowledge of learning and developing concepts, models, theories, and approaches
• Ability to develop and maintain learning products employing the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation ( ADDIE ) process
• Ability to create and present training content in different modalities
• Secret clearance
• Master's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience training for the Department of Defense
• Knowledge of adult learner characteristics and adult learning techniques
• Ability to evaluate and assess current organizational training resources against organizational objectives, identify gaps, and develop training objectives, course outlines, and full training programs to meet organizational goals
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clarity, transparency, and empathy
• TS / SCI clearance
• Doctorate degree
• Certified Professional in Training Management ( CPTM ) , Asso cia te Professional in Talent Development ( APTD ) , Certified Professional in Talent Development ( CPTD ) , or Certified Training and Development Professional ( CTDP ) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
