As a Sustainment Acquisitions Contracts Spe cia list at Booz Allen, you'll work closely with our defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of all they need to ensure that their mission is our mission. This is an opportunity to impact our country's defense acquisition and contract process. On our team, you'll develop, implement, and control contractual, finan cia l, and technical aspects of a project or program through designated phases of the acquisition cycle.
You'll develop the management and acquisition strategy for assigned projects or programs within cost, schedule, and performance baselines as directed by the Program Director. You'll organize, direct, and coordinate activities of functional spe cia lists, including contracting, engineering, manufacturing, program control, configuration or data management, testing, and logistics. From creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you'll deliver meaningful acquisition support.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,600.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 7+ years of experience with program integration and logistics planning of Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, sof tware, or hardware systems
- 5+ years of experience with DoD Acquisition Program Management, Acquisition Planning, Sustainment Infrastructure, and Organizational Planning
- Experience with acquisition management support, including developing and coordinating briefings
- Knowledge of the execution processes unique to the sustainment and logistics organization
- Knowledge of Justification and Authorization ( JA ) , Interim Contractor Support ( ICS ) , or organic support attributes
- Ability to demonstrate a dynamic work ethic and be highly motivated to contribute to the DoD mission
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next Generation OPIR, FORGE, STSS, HBTSS, DMSP, WSF-M, and EWS
- Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
- Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 or 5000.02
- Knowledge of DoD 5000.87 and the Sof tware Acquisition Pathway
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Ability to lead IPTs, WGs, PSRs, PMR, and other Technical Interchange Meetings ( TIM )
- TS / SCI clearance
- Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
- PMP Certification
