TTIs monitor student progress during course delivery and provide feedback to the customer. TTIs support development of new, or modification of existing courses in coordination with Technical Instructional Systems Designers, as approved by the customer. TTIs often serve as Subject Matter Experts using professional and technical experiences to engage and teach adult learners. The work will include:

TTIs monitor student progress during course delivery and provide feedback to the customer. TTIs support development of new, or modification of existing courses in coordination with Technical Instructional Systems Designers, as approved by the customer. TTIs often serve as Subject Matter Experts using professional and technical experiences to engage and teach adult learners. The work will include:
- Creating lesson plans, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Instructing intelligence professionals on tradecraft and leadership
- Developing and/or refining curricula to meet evolving customer training needs, establishing course content and objectives
- Enhancing student competencies in course- specific technical intelligence disciplines
- Evaluating student performance and making recommendations for improvement
- Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience tailoring communications and facilitating discussions among small and large groups of people with diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated experience adopting new technologies for knowledge management and/or tailoring of technology to support learning needs
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter, to team effectively, regularly work outside your comfort zone, and to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving requirements
- Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment and partnering across customer offices
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Education or Liberal Arts or more than 5 years experience providing training with the customer
- 5 or more years of experience with customer as a staff employee or contractor, supporting technical missions in any of the following areas: Targeting, Technical Research, Development and Engineering, or Technical Programs and Policy
- 1 or more years of experience teaching or delivering training to adult learners with the customer or IC
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate in Training, Facilitation, Teaching, and/or Learning from a professional organization (e.g. Foundations in Teaching and Learning offered by Udemy)
- Extensive experience with the customer support multiple technical missions
- Experience with the customer supporting more than one area of technical expertise (Targeting, Technical Operations, or Technical Research, Development or Engineering)
- Advanced degree in Science, Engineering or Education
- Adult learning experience teaching technical courses using a broad range of delivery modalities (synchronous, asynchronous, instructor led, web-based training, virtual training and/or blended courses)
- More than 10 years of experience with the customer as a staff employee or contractor supporting multiple mission areas
- Knowledge of the customer technical mission and program successes and failures and the ability to weave this knowledge into facilitated discussions to meet learning objectives
