ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior FMS Combat Systems Engineer to join our team working in Washington D.C. Navy Yard. This position is hybrid available with a schedule of 2-3 days in office a week.
This position will support the Germany Case Manager and Combat System Engineer (CSE) providing support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Germany ICS team.

This position will support the Germany Case Manager and Combat System Engineer (CSE) providing support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Germany ICS team.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day support of the US Germany team. This supporting will include several aspects of acquisition and technical support of the Integrated Combat System's Computer Program and supporting hardware in relation to fielding as part of the Germany Navy
- Facilitate the development of engineering artifacts to ensure a comprehensive development of fielding expectations between IWS 4, IWS X, and Germany leading up to the SRR/SFR for the initial baseline build.
- Coordinate as the liaison between IWS 4.0 and IWS X in preparation for fielding the first ICS to a foreign navy
- Arrange and execute meetings, communicating both within and outside of the Germany team, and keeping the Germany Team's Data Library current and relevant on the Navy MS Teams site.
- Travel up to 25% which may include both domestic and international travel to Germany
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience relevant to Systems Engineering
- Master's degree in a technical field, OR, Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 15+ years of experience relevant to Systems Engineering, OR, an Associate's degree in a technical discipline and 20+ years of experience relevant to Systems Engineering may be considered in lieu of Masters degree
- Must possess a valid passport
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Aegis combat systems
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess an active or current Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
