This position supports the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Joint Operations Center (JOC) and Special Programs with professional services and operational readiness for the USCYBERCOM mission.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate shall provide cyberspace education and training facilitation as follows:
Security Clearance: TS/SCI/CI Poly
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Additional four (4) years of job-related military performing training experience may be substituted for education requirement). Instructional Design Certification.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in training development including:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
The team members are required to type using a keyboard and mouse.
The team member is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell.
The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

- Contribute to the design and development of operational training instructions, materials, and products in support of the JOC, Syllabus (Orders Coordination Training, Mission Assurance, Emergency Management, COOP), Instructional Performance Requirements Document (Design Requirements for Automated Training, Training Plans), Lesson Strategy Report (Cyberspace Education and Training Materials Instructions/Plans).
- Assist in the development, preparation, coordination, and execution of all JOC training plans inclusive of assessments and reporting, Syllabus (Orders Coordination Training, Mission Assurance, Emergency Management, COOP), Instructional Performance Requirements Document (Design Requirements for Automated Training, Training Plans), Lesson Strategy Report (Cyberspace Education and Training Materials Instructions/Plans).
- Assist in developing and revising JOC training evaluations to determine criteria, procedures/materials, Syllabus (Orders Coordination Training, Mission Assurance, Emergency Management, COOP), Instructional Performance Requirements Document (Design Requirements for Automated Training, Training Plans), Lesson Strategy Report (Cyberspace Education and Training Materials Instructions/Plans).
- Assist with evaluating organizational priorities/needs in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure training meets objectives and joint standards.
- Coordinate with other CCMDs, departments, and agencies to develop Command emergency action training requirements and products.
- Identify, track, and resolve issues impacting training.
- Assist in identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) from JOC training events for resolution.
- Monitor and review strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and operational standards from applicable headquarters and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with team members in the application of analytical methodologies to assess Training Proficiency Assessment (TPA), MOE/MOP.
- Contribute to the design requirements for automated training to include, but not limited to hardware, software, simulations, course assessment, refreshment, and performance-based assessments and measurements, Syllabus (Orders Coordination Training, Mission Assurance, Emergency Management, COOP), Instructional Performance Requirements Document (Design Requirements for Automated Training, Training Plans), Lesson Strategy Report (Cyberspace Education and Training Materials Instructions/Plans).
- Provide in-person training through formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars. The Contractor shall contribute training input to the monthly Readiness Report, Syllabus (Orders Coordination Training, Mission Assurance, Emergency Management, COOP), Instructional Performance Requirements Document (Design Requirements for Automated Training, Training Plans), Lesson Strategy Report (Cyberspace Education, and Training Materials Instructions/Plans).

- Assessing, designing, and conceptualizing training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state-of-the-art technologies related to training and behavioral studies.
- Identifying the best approach for training requirements to include, but not limited to hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examinations, interviews, computer-assisted and adaptive testing, behavior-based assessment and performance, and team and unit assessment and measurement.
- Develop instructional curriculum and materials; gather and assimilate information on the subject matter, organize material, and prepare course outline, handouts, and visual aid materials.
- Training personnel and evaluating organizational priorities/needs in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Developing individual performance evaluation concepts to determine the effectiveness of training, determining training evaluation criteria, development of evaluation procedures/materials, and revisions to existing evaluation materials and assess equivalent for relevancy to the overall inclusion of the training programs.
- Evaluating training and assessing the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives and standards.
- Developing requirements for individual and collective training and exercise events.
- Developing and revising training courses, as required.
- Preparing and updating training manuals/handbooks and course materials.
