The Leidos National Security Sector has an opening for a cleared Staffing and Procurement Manager who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting medical services for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Virginia. This is a position with tremendous opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting an important mission in the National Security arena.
The Staffing/Procurement Manager will split time between Chantilly and McLean and work as a critical member of the Program Management Office and is responsible for identifying, organizing, managing, and securing personnel and material resources required for program execution.

Pay Range: Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00

The Leidos National Security Sector has an opening for a cleared Staffing and Procurement Manager who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting medical services for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Virginia. The Staffing/Procurement Manager will split time between Chantilly and McLean and work as a critical member of the Program Management Office and is responsible for identifying, organizing, managing, and securing personnel and material resources required for program execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
Staffing Management Responsibilities:
- Work closely within the program management team to identify qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and make hire/no hire decisions
- Support full spectrum of staffing efforts, including requirements definition, interviewing, security processing, and onboarding
- Create, track, and maintain an active staffing database of personnel and candidates mapped against all positions and requirements
- Coordinate regularly with Leidos and customer leadership to ensure all requirements and performance expectations are being satisfactorily met
- Work closely with Leidos corporate entities to facilitate the onboarding and redeployment of current employees, process security requirements, and support employee development
- Other management responsibilities might include supporting performance management of current staff, security requirements, performance meetings, kudos program, and customer deliverables
Procurement Management Responsibilities:
- Work with program team to ensure a streamlined procurement process of medical supplies against program requirements.
- Analyzes medical material requirements for acquisition planning
- Oversee purchase order administration/file maintenance, closeout for all procurement related activities and supplier customer management
- Collaborate cross-functionally regarding policies, practices and procedures
- Create, track, and maintain an active procurement database for all medical procurement related activities
- Support internal/external audit activities, including Purchase Order file reviews, as well as data request from internal / external customers
Basic Qualifications:
- ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience interviewing and selecting candidates for hire.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with senior-level customers, technical staff, managers, peers, and candidates.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role.
- Ability to successfully balance multiple competing tasks.
- Experience using Microsoft software with a special emphasis on Excel and Access
- 3+ years of experience supporting government medical/wellness missions
