Lead AV Integration Specialist
Country Intelligence Group is seeking Full-Time Lead AV Integration Specialist to support our client located in Tampa, Florida. This is a hybrid position meaning work will be completed both remotely and onsite. This position assumes a lead role and the ability to manage small teams and projects. This is a hybrid position and may require local travel with short notice for emergency support and repair efforts as well as travel to other locations for scheduled installation and/or maintenance actions. Technicians will be expected to learn both through direct observation and independent learning regarding assigned technology and/or original manufacturer equipment.

Tasks Performed:
Ability to perform as Lead AV Integration Specialist will require a constant level of communication, these areas are to include but not limited to:
• Active communication between Operations Manager, Resource Manager, Program Manager, and Engineer to ensure a productive and efficient trip for you and potential team.
• Completing a Pre-Travel Checklist via Vtiger.
• A level of understanding with real world impacts when it comes to shortages and/or backorders of AV/ network devices to efficiently communicate to customer, if needed.
• Active end of day reporting, to track progress/issues, ensuring a proactive and not reactive trip.
• To provide potential solutions and feedback to management, in areas that may need improvement.
• Submit and report all expenses in a timely manner in accordance with company policy.
Essential Job Functions
• High level understanding of how to install, diagnose, repair, and test complex AV systems in alignment with AV industry and/or DoD standards.
• Complete project installation from start to finish in alignment with set schedule; utilize support from Program Manager, Programmer, and/or Engineer as needed.
• Rack construction, pulling/laying cables, prepping equipment in accordance with set site specific DoD, Federal, or customer standards.
• Full installation of completed racks, projectors, displays, and related equipment.
• Read and understand site specific drawings.
• Complete in-depth test & acceptance with customer upon completion of installation.
• Complete after-action reports on company specific applications/ programs.
• Professional and respectful attitude in the face of unforeseen changes and/or events.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
• Ability to maintain a security clearance, up to Top Secret/SCI
• Experience with Crestron and/or similar AV standards, AV integrations, configuration, cable repair, Cisco VTC integrations, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GVS, and related.
• AV/ DoD approved industry certification(s): CTS-I, Security+ or in the category of IAT, IAM, IASAE, CSSP.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30lbs.
• Ability to travel in support of Operations.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and make recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and related business tools.
• Crestron and AMX programming knowledge/ experience. (Preferred)
• Prior applicable military/ DoD experience. (Preferred)
• System Administration/ Network Engineering experience. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, QMS (Quality Management Systems). (Preferred)
