Company Overview
Spirent Federal Systems Inc. is the leading provider of positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) test equipment to the U.S. Government and prime contractors. These customers use our PNT test solutions to verify the performance and resiliency of their designs/solutions in challenging environments. Our experts work closely with them to understand their needs and deliver solutions that cover the entire technology lifecycle, from the lab to real-world deployment. Spirent Federal is an independent subsidiary of Spirent Communications Plc.
Why Spirent Federal?
When you join the Spirent Federal team, you will work alongside some of the most passionate and knowledgeable subject matter experts in the industry. Due to the independent proxy relationship with our parent, we have the soul of a startup—a non-bureaucratic, innovative working environment—but with the security, benefits, and perks of a large corporation. Success is important to us, and so is your personal well-being. We embrace a culture where differences are valued, and mutual respect, collaboration, and fairness are fundamental.
Job Overview
Your focus will be to deliver exceptional post-sales technical support to our advanced PNT and Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) customers who develop complex products including autonomous vehicles, robots, drones and aircraft, rockets, space vehicles, communications and earth observation satellites, telecommunications devices and systems, and artificial intelligence data centers. You will provide guidance and advice to customers to maximize the efficient use of our simulation and test solutions as well as analyzing, diagnosing and resolving customer issues, both onsite at the customers’ facility and remotely from our offices. In addition to providing direct support to customers, you will collaborate with our in-house engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and provide input to product features and enhancements.
This is an exceptional opportunity to grow into a Subject Matter Expert in test methodology for complex PNT based systems incorporating GNSS and sensor fusion.
