A Global Government Contracting Company is seeking a MASC Systems Engineer (Linux) to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA!
**This role is 100% onsite and requires an active Secret Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
In this role you will :
Obsolescence Tracking & Support
Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, system
requirements, and work plans
Support the planning, organizing, control, Integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility, and with the customer when needed
Support the coordination of System issues from a SEOSS Perspective.
Support technical meetings standardizing processes across programs
Support Ad hoc tasking by Program Technical Leaders
Troubleshoot Linux Systems
SCAP and STIG Reviews for Systems
Support DevOps Systems
Hardware Configuration and Deployment
Support MASC operations as a Ground Controller
Basic Qualifications:
Linux OS experience
Bachelors Degree and/or 4-5 years professional experience

Experience with DevOps
Ansible Automation
Installation experience with all levels of RedHat
SCAP and STIG Experience
Virtualization experience using VMWare VSphere

Familiarity with data analysis, metrics collection, and reporting
Self-Starter with strong investigative skills and the ability to multitask
Positive demeanor, accountable and responsible and able to work in a team-focused, dynamic environment
