Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for Manager to lead HUD IOO Program Management Office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful onboarding, offboarding, deliverables, communications, financial management and subcontract management. You will act as a mentor and guide to PMO staff, helping them accomplish the required task and grow the staff in their professional career. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to the program team. This position is fully remote and within the United States.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

USD $145,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
- Onboarding / Off boarding process
- Well defined process including security, subcontracts, GFE, PIV
- Implement processes for smooth onboard/off board
- Deliverables
- Work with project teams to produce the deliverables on time
- Work with HUD IV&V team for acceptance of deliverables
- Communication
- Plan and prepare for once a month all hands meeting
- Monthly Newsletter
- Subcontracts Management
- Ensuring subK are executed, funding updates, all subcontractors are in SKMM/RAMP and signing their timesheets
- PMO Team management
- Leadership to GovCIO PMO staff
- Manage PMO teams like Asset Management, Quality Management
Qualifications
Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years project management experience
