Business and Financial Operations Specialist
• Conduct and lead research and analysis of education and training programs to develop training objectives.
• Design, develop, and support implementation of improvements to instructional content, curricula, and courses.
• Perform requirements analyses to support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional systems and materials via interactive courseware, which may include computer-based training (CBT), paper-based and electronic-based education and training curriculum development, advanced distributed learning (ADL), simulator instruction, web-based instruction, web page design, on-the-job training (OJT) instruction, and/or normal classroom instruction.
• Develop content in accordance with required standards and ensure Section 508 Compliance.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Requires TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
