Travel Requirements: Weekly travel expected for a week at a time to the specified sites 60% of the time
Job Description: We currently have two openings for Project Management Specialist 5 to provide program scheduling support directly to program teams, including IP&S, Finance, and CAMs, to address EVM process and data issues associated with active DCMA CARs/CAPs leading to closure. This role will work on-site and virtually at the direction of program/site IP&S leadership to expedite issue resolution. This position will require domestic travel to BDS program locations when necessary to coordinate activity.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities.
- Perform analysis and planning activities to support product development, process improvement, or program initiatives.
- Facilitate and ensure integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to technical teams and lower-level employees.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the development and implementation of EVM compliant program plans and schedules.
- Offer testing process observations and insights to Program and PM Home Office staff.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience utilizing the Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP) Integrated Scheduling tool and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of DoD EVM DFAR reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of Integrated Scheduling CPM practice.
- Knowledge of Program or Project Management practices.
- Experience as a Lead Program Schedule Integrator on a large development program with DFAR/IPMR/IPMDAR requirements.
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, or a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
