- Installing applications on Windows Servers and Desktops
- Maintenance of server environment coupled with video recording equipment
- Windows Active Directory
- Deploying software via SCCM or MECM
- Third party software maintenance products
- Third party software deployment products
- Installing and maintaining Apple Devices
- Enterprise applications and networks
- Systems and network accreditation process
- Office products
- Server maintenance and ID generation
Highly Desired Qualifications
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
- Patching servers and desktops with latest releases
- Cisco Meraki
- Apple Devices
- Apple TV connectivity to PC and Mac devices
- Developing and managing a Microsoft Azure environment
- Desktop support for language learning software
