In this challenging yet rewarding role as an IT Program Manager, you are an integral part of what brings our company's mission to life. You are primarily responsible for and/ or have demonstrated experience in, with or using:
- Working in a collaborative, fast paced environment with a willingness to assist and support the team with evolving requirements and objectives
- Analytic and communication skills to help build and document processes, policies, and job aids
- Supporting IT software projects
- Agile framework, processes, and principle
- Working well with a team
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly Desired Qualifications
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include working with; using or familiarity with:
- Proficient in PM software including MS Project and Visio
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools as well as direct work experience in a project management capacity to include PM Framework and Agile software development practices
- Ability to professionally interact with senior level personnel
Desired but not mandatory certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Current PMP Certification.
