Production Control Asst

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic manufacturing floor? We are seeking a dedicated Production Control Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth production operations by managing inventory, preparing assembly kits, and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use SAP and Apriso WM daily to manage inventory, complete rework tasks, and release production orders.
• Monitor release dates and work-in-progress (WIP) using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Supervisors, Engineers, and Program Managers to prevent and resolve production issues.
• Attend stock purge meetings and generate necessary reports.
• Maintain accurate Kanban inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Prepare assembly kits from stockroom inventory and update activities in an ACCESS database.
• Verify SAP system against physical inventory, identify anomalies, and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform daily cycle counts and ensure parts are properly packed and labeled.
• Support stockroom operations by pulling parts and moving materials on the shop floor.

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Interim Clearance
• High School Diploma (no degree required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in stockroom, warehouse, or production control.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge).
• Experience with cycle counting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP and Apriso.

An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
