ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Engineer - Semantic Web to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the ongoing development, integration, and deployment of a shipboard cybersecurity tool.
- Oversee hardware and software development programs in an Agile environment. Administer configuration management processes and systems.
- Conduct complex engineering tasks involving analysis, design, or testing for Navy Control Systems (NCSs), requiring strong technical skills in software and/or hardware engineering disciplines.
- Develop and apply machine learning techniques to identify vulnerabilities, model adversary behavior, and identify actions to be taken during the defense of NCSs or land-based network infrastructure.
- Develop, review and execute test plans, procedures, and unit tests to ensure systems meet requirements. Write and review test reports. Address identified deficiencies.
- Create technical documentation, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs), technical manuals, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, technical data packages, and logistics reports.
- Plan, perform, and supervise shipboard system installation, troubleshooting, and repair for both hardware and software components.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master of Science (MS) Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an ABET accredited program, or an MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Sciences, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
- 7+ years of experience as an electrical/computer/software engineer or as a computer/data/information scientist.
- 2+ years of experience in the following areas: developing or applying Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Knowledge Representation and Reasoning (KR&R) tools, techniques, and algorithms; developing or applying Semantic Web and/or Linked Data technologies, including Web Ontology Language (OWL) and Resource Description Framework (RDF); developing and applying ontologies to build Linked Data solutions compliant with World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards; and software development using high-level languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C++.One or more (1+) years of experience in analytical programming languages such as MATLAB, R, or Python.
- DoD 8570 compliant IAT Level III certification (e.g., CASP CE, CCNP, CISA, or CISSP).
Clearance Requirements:
- The ability to obtain and maintain an interim Secret clearance is required prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
