  • Experience in leading operational initiatives, and interacting with Business Leads, Engineers, or Product Managers.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
  • Excellent collaboration, executive communications, information gathering, decision making skills, and ability to influence others without authority.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Technical Consulting engagements. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams of performing, talented engineers. You will be partnering with GPS Program Delivery Managers, Go-to-Market team, the Technical Delivery (TD) leads for pre-sales engagements, and involved in projects to ensure successful project planning and execution. You'll be responsible for developing technical delivery strategy, and defining and motivating programs and processes to direct business impact.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$263,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Lead Technical Delivery team in support of customer projects delivering results, increasing collaboration, and the ability to scale.
  • Lead the implementation of the PSO technical delivery strategy for customer projects and practice areas, ensuring alignment with overarching GPS business objectives, pipeline, and timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Coordinate between teams representing application development and modification, data, AI, infrastructure, and security to help scope solutions and deliver collaboratively against customer requirements and agreements, identifying and optimizing areas of improvement.
  • Foster partnerships and collaboration across technical, program management, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of customer outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and metrics for customer projects and programs.
