The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $196,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. - Gather and document requirements/specifications from teams
- Creating custom workflows
- Build service requests to meet requirements
- Generate views and reports as needed
- Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration
- Perform system, integration, and 508 compliance testing
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application
- Assess existing ServiceNow usage and recommend forward evolution to maximize efficiencies
- Create scripts to automate tasks
- Train and mentor junior team members
Required Skills
- Linux/Unix System Administration
- Development experience using JavaScript or other higher-level development languages.
- Familiarity with Web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Implementer
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Experience leading a team of three and interfacing with internal teams.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
Desired Skills
- Experience in managing a Self-Hosted ServiceNow instance to include performing required upgrades to the ServiceNow Core applications.
- Java Development
- Knowledge of the Agile development methodology
- Experience gathering requirements
- Experience prioritizing workload based on internal and external impact
- ServiceNow Certifications a plus (Administrator, Developer)
