The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $196,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. - Monitors, analyzes, troubleshoots, and/or evaluates hardware, software, and other network-related problems
- Provide technical expertise for performance and/or configuration of the enclave networks and systems.
- Performs general LAN/CAN/WAN administration, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers. Familiarity with Cisco IOS, F5 BIG-IP, Palo Alto hardware, and software is a plus.
- Schedules, coordinates, and executes firmware upgrades and hardware migrations.
- Coordinates with all responsible users and external orgs to resolve network or system incidents.
- Familiarity with the AWS cloud environment, in particular EC2 and VPC
- Familiarity with configuring DNS BIND
- Familiarity with running common commands in Linux OS.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation, particularly Ansible, is a plus.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Fourteen (14) years of experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- IAM Level II (CAP or CASP+ CE or CISM or CISSP (or Associate) or GSLC or CCISO or HCISPP) required.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
