Overview
Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a Security Escort/Administrative Assistant. The duties include monitoring and escorting of uncleared personnel in a Department of Defense Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) managed by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) in Arlington, Virginia. Administrative duties include supply closet management, military patches/lapel pins distribution, government vehicle dispatch/maintenance management, and parking validation.

Education and Experience:
Clearance Requirements: This position requires a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain a government-issued CAC. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

This federal government project is subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA). The hourly rate for this position is determined by the location where work is performed. Responsibilities

- Serves as the main point of contact for DPAA facilities work orders. Receives requests from DPAA personnel, inputs and tracks all work orders in the property management company (JBG Smith) portal, coordinates with JBG Smith and DPAA personnel to schedule the work order service visits to minimize operational conflicts, and maintains a log of all work orders submitted
- Full-time Escort Duties: Responsible for escorting of all non-cleared personnel who may perform work within the SCIF (on the fourth and eighth floors) to ensure that secure areas remain uncompromised during regular duty hours on all duty days (non-holidays). Secure worksite upon completion of escorting duties by ensuring that all uncleared personnel have exited the area and proper tracking mechanisms have been documented
- Supply Closet Management: oversee supply closet inventory levels and submit requests for resupply to DPAA Logistics (LG) as necessary
- Issuing Patches/Lapel Pins: issue military patches and uniform items, and lapel pins to newly arriving military and civilian personnel as part of in-processing
- Vehicle Dispatch/Scheduled Maintenance: oversee the one government-owned vehicle in DC. Manage dispatching to requesting users and ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance are completed as required
- Parking Validation: assist front office personnel with parking validation for visitors as required
- Provide all other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
- Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Requires a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience. Experience in call tracking applications and customer service practices.
