Job Description
his position is 100% onsite and is a normal day shift 9-5, but could be an hour or two before or after.
The Junior PKI Administrator support provides superior customer service. PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) support is direct support of customer certificate issues and PKI system related issues; responsible for managing and maintaining the PKI system, which involves tasks like issuing, renewing, and revoking digital certificates used to authenticate identities and secure data across a network, ensuring the overall integrity and security of online transactions and communications within an organization
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the agency’s efforts to manage and monitor Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Programs.
• This support includes the following activities:
o Serve as a PKI Registration Authority
o Conduct face-to-face user validation
o Provide training
o Support development, maintenance, and management of policies
o Maintain awareness of and competency with new and developing protocols, specifications, techniques, and standards
o Coordinate and resolve Information Assurance related trouble tickets in connection with PKI
o Create installation and training documentation
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
• High School Diploma, / GED plus six years of relevant experience OR:
• Associates Degree and 4 years’ experience OR:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years’ experience
o Relevant experience in the following:
o Operational experience with ServiceNow
o Experience in the Intelligence Community
• DoD 8140 (formerly 8570.01-M), IAT Level I: (within 6 months of hire)
• TS/SCI clearance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to obtain CI Poly Clearance
