Job description:
- Assist customer in supporting the review of mission, functions, process and integration.
- Assist in customer in developing course of action and plans of specific priorities and efforts that integrate goals and objectives of each effort into one cohesive direction.
- Assist in providing a full spectrum organization design and integration between custom with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop analytical methodologies to identify areas where customer can support mission requirements-with emphasis on Maritime Safety of Navigation.
- Provide facilitation support including identifying topics and speakers, designing & facilitating meetings, and documenting/tracking actions items.
- Assist customer in providing change management support including communication and training.
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires a BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- 7 years of demonstrated experience in the following activities: transformation management, change management, organizational management
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in the following activities: communication, training, facilitation and process improvement.
- Experience working in fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities while maintain composure and flexibility in a structured environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting organization through transformation and change management for DoD or Intelligence partners.
- Knowledge of customers partners
- Knowledge or experience with maritime navigation, date, products and services.
