· Drive the process for network moves, adds, and changes to ensure minimal disruption to operations and network integrity.
Conduct assessments and documentation of current infrastructure configuration to facilitate changes as requested.
Develop the process to track and execute all MACs, focused on process improvement and compliance with industry standards and customer requirements and policies.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the MAC team, driving performance as well as meeting and exceeding customer service level agreements.
