Responsibilities:
- Progh-performance solutions using third-party tools and public cloud technologies driving next generation business outcomes Build clients' cloud platforms, pipelines, and tooling; communicate with technical lead Provide assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud Plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, hi cal stakeholders and understand the relevant engineering methods, tools, and technologies Design detailed technical solutions (eg. what tools and how), implementation, engineering best practices, and cloud/DevOps engineering work
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years overall experience 4 year degree or equivalent Hands on engineering experience with AWS and Kubernetes/Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) Minimum 3 years experience working in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment (Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Security) Minimum 3 years experience working with Terraform and Cloud-Formation Minimum 3 years experience working with Kubernestes/EKS implementation Minimum 3 years experience in a production cloud environment including network, security, deployment, and automation (IaC) Minimum 3 years experience migrating applications from other platforms/on-premises to cloud Minimum 3 years experience supporting DevSecOps automated pipelines for mission application owners Minimum 3 years experience supporting operating systems (Microsoft and Redhat Linux) and applications in an enterprise or production environment Experience supporting a DoD client
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands on experience provisioning and administering Gitlab Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills Experience with Software Development Experience with database administration/migration AWS Cloud Associate Certification
