Work you'll do
Deloitte seeks a strong Network Engineer team lead (senior level) to join the IT Operations team. The Network team lead will manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Enterprise Network Infrastructure; overseeing of approx 11 Network Engineers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Monitor, administer, securely install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), network encryption devices Tactical Fastlane (TACLANE) and Electronic Key Management System (EKMS), load balancers, domain name system (DNS) appliances, Palo Alto, Aruba ClearPass, Cisco AnyConnect, and wireless infrastructure.
o Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
o Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
o Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Replace faulty network hardware components as necessary to maintain system integrity.
o Monitor network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
o Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems
o Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
o Coordinate computer network access and use
o Provide complete lifecycle support for enterprise network assets.
o Compile, manage, and deliver detailed weekly and monthly status reports.
o Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards.
o Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users as needed.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of network engineering/administration experience
- 2 years of lead experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Travel up to 10%
- Sec+ certification or equivalent certification
