OVERVIEW:

BlueHalo is seeking an All-Source INTEL Analyst. In this role, you will provide all-source analysis to advance for multi-intelligence program objectives and lead research of all source data. You will join a team of dedicated intelligence analysts leveraging targeting and data analysis tools to achieve mission imperatives. Experience and training in one or more areas of; threat analysis, foreign intelligence, counterintelligence, operations, and investigations are highly desirable.

You'd like to do this:
  • Gather intelligence information of an identified activity through All Source and/or other intelligence disciplines, Internet, and other research means, and interpret analytical results.
  • Document information and processes, to include drafting substantive content for analytic and technical reports, executive summaries, and briefings.
  • Serve as a SME for working groups and meetings with partner organizations/agencies.
  • Lead, plan, organize, and direct team projects under client direction.
  • Use community tools for targeting analysis and qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies supporting MULTI-INT.
  • Oversee and analyze a broad operational theater, utilizing a variety of intelligence disciplines to gain situational awareness and deliver comprehensive assessments of the operational environment. Review operational traffic for intelligence leads.
  • Evaluate and forecast second- and third-order effects of operational decisions, tactical actions, and political developments to understand their potential impact on mission success, allied forces, and broader strategic objectives.
  • Develop and produce high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, assessments, and situational updates, tailored to the needs of senior leadership, operational commanders, and policymakers. Draft comprehensive open source/PAI targeting packages in support of the customer objectives.

You're required to have this:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: 4-10 years of experience in all source analysis, with a focus on managing large-scale operational areas and understanding the complexities of second and third order effects in a defense or national security context.
  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required. With polygraph is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in gathering, synthesis, and analysis of all source intelligence information in support of objectives related to force protection, counterterrorism, counternarcotics, and other areas of the Customer mission.
  • Analytical Expertise:
    • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information from diverse sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, OSINT, etc.).
    • Experience covering space or cyber technologies preferred, preferably with an understanding of technology trends
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses to non-expert audiences and senior leaders and support operational planning, technical papers, and other tasks as directed by customer.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams, including military, civilian, and intelligence professionals.
