Operations Subject Matter Exerpert

The Garrett Group is seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team. This position focuses on enhancing critical mission areas such as global strike, cyber, space, Integrated Missile Defense (IMD), or Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3). If you have expertise in planning, operations, mission systems, advocacy, assessments, and related processes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert knowledge and authoritative insights on assigned mission areas, including planning, operations, mission systems, advocacy, and assessments.
• Support end-to-end operations and processes, from national-level strategic planning through unit execution.
• Collaborate with Joint processes, operations, and commands to enhance mission success.
• Contribute to contingency, crisis-action, and/or campaign execution efforts.
• Engage in assessments to ensure preparedness against emerging threats.

Required Qualifications includes 7 year's experience in:

• Background or experience in one or more of the following mission areas: global strike, cyber, space, IMD, or NC3.
• In-depth knowledge of assigned mission areas, with the ability to speak authoritatively on all aspects, including planning, operations, and related processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Joint processes, operations, and commands.
• Experience with CCMD, MAJCOM, or HQ Service-level current or future operations.
• Expertise in contingency, crisis-action, or campaign execution.
