Description: The Systems Integration Project Manager will be responsible for organizing, integrating multiple systems, applications, and technologies to create a cohesive and functional whole. The SI shall support the Sponsor in a breadth of activities to include:
• Develop regular status reporting for Department-level leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners;
• Manage and track multiple meetings, capture-minutes, and support documentation reviews;
• Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements;
• Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums;
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing;
• Comfortable with technology and can grasp technical concepts quickly;
• Other ad-hoc tasking, as required.
c. QUALIFICATIONS

• TS/SCI with Polygraph;
• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; an additional four years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
• Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously and dynamically pivot priorities based on leadership guidance;
• Ability to understand and document technical concepts;
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and deadlines efficiently;
• Resourceful and capable of finding solutions to unforeseen issues;
• Ability to proactively engage and drive technology projects forward independently or as part of a team;
• Excellent communication {written and verbal) and organizational skills;
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
• Demonstrated field experience supporting the Sponsor and the mission;
• Cable writing experience;
• Prior experience supporting senior level management;
• Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission.
