Salary Range: $104,200.00 - $182,400.00

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented MDA ( Missile Defense Agency) Quick Reaction Team (QRT) Senior Missile Defense Technical Analyst to join our team! In this role you will provide technical analysis, writing, and editing expertise for the MDA Director for Engineering.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform technical editing of documents and briefings to ensure clarity and technical accuracy
- Assist with developing analysis reports and products including defended area maps, probability of engagement success, raid capacity plots, and depth of fire plots
- Review technical products to ensure technical accuracy and consistency across the Agency
- Develop graphics using Satellite Tool Kit (STK) graphics tool
- Organize and document task databases and retrievable study results
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- MA/MS degree with 12+ years' experience on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program or project or 20+ years of similar experience with a BA/BS degree
- Strong technical writing and editing experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability to work independently to analyze and solve problems
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Knowledge of Satellite Tool Kit graphics
- Previous MDA experience
- Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes
- Knowledge of ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missile defense fundamentals
- Experience and confidence in interacting with senior technical leadership
