Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the design, planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of joint simulation solutions for USINDOPACOM exercises and events, including wargames and experiments involving Joint and Coalition participants
- Serve as a critical Exercise Control Group (ECG) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Expert and Operator, translating operational needs into simulation requirements
- Identify simulation solutions, build and maintain simulation databases, and develop and execute test plans
- Test and validate capabilities for scenarios, leading and training other simulation operators during events
- Lead the M&S Working Group during planning and oversee Sim Model Control and Sim Ops roles during execution in support of the SIM OIC and ECG Director
- Maintain a flexible demeanor and willingness to support other duties as needed
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Experience in Simulation Operations (e.g., JTLS GO, LOTS, JSAF)
- Experience with Combatant Command (COCOM) joint exercises and events
- Experience in building Simulation Test Plans
- Ability to train others on simulation operations
- Must be able to obtain a Passport and be willing to travel up to 25%
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
- Must have an Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Must be a current US Citizen
