GENERAL DUTIES:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

10 years' experience in DoD Acquisition Logistics, with a B.S. Degree in one of the following disciplines: Logistics or Supply Chain Management (SCM)

CLEARANCE:
- Perform physical inventories, analyze existing internal controls, supporting documentation and data integrity; compare physical inventory results to accountable property systems of record. Identify any need for reconciliation of assets/property accountability systems. Ensure proper reconciliation to the general ledger and financial statements.
- Evaluate current efforts to account for property and recommend additional courses of action (COAs) as required. Support the Government in implementing those COAs.
- Perform physical inventories, analyze existing internal controls, supporting documentation and data integrity; compare physical inventory results to accountable property systems of record. Identify any need for reconciliation of assets/property accountability systems. Ensure proper reconciliation to the general ledger and financial statements.
- Analyze the effectiveness of physical inventories and compliance (or noncompliance) with audit standards.
- Analyze effectiveness of controls over recording asset acquisitions, disposals and transfers and compliance (or noncompliance) with audit standards.
- Support Government efforts in property valuation efforts. Evaluate areas that need improvement. Develop, recommend, and implement approved improvement plans as applicable.
- Assist with implementation of new Financial and Property accountability systems and Enterprise Resource Planning programs (ERPs).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Tying General Equipment and Operating Maintenance & Supplies (OM&S) to the financial statements
- Evaluating program deficiencies and preparing briefings for GO/FO/SES level DoD leadership to address solutions
- Justifying policy change, systems acquisition, or budget justification
- DAWIA certifications appropriate to years of experience
- Master's Degree in one of the following disciplines: Logistics or Supply Chain Management (SCM),

10 years' experience in DoD Acquisition Logistics, with a B.S. Degree in one of the following disciplines: Logistics or Supply Chain Management (SCM)
**OR**
- 10 years' experience in DoD Acquisition Logistics AND B.S. Degree in any discipline AND
- DAWIA Level III, Lifecycle Logistics Certification associated with experience
DESIRED:
- Logistics or Supply Chain Management experience required
CLEARANCE:
- Top Secret minimum and ability to obtain and maintain SCI clearance
