OVERVIEW: This compnay has a unique entry-level opportunity for an individual seeking growth and experience on
an IT or Cyber engineering career path. In this role, you can expect to routinely interface and
work with the company's CTO and solutions architects. You will interface with many technologies including Palo Alto firewalls, Arista and Cisco network equipment, VMware and Hyper-V hypervisors, AWS and Azure hosted cloud resources, and many others with training
opportunities to support your execution of systems engineering tasks.
GENERAL DUTIES:
The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for
hardware and software issues across the organization. They will install, configure, and maintain
desktop and laptop computers, software applications, and peripheral devices. Additionally, the
candidate will assist in network troubleshooting and support for LAN, WAN, and wireless
networks. They will also help develop, test, and deploy PowerShell scripts through InTune
configuration profiles. Managing user accounts and access permissions in various systems will
be part of their duties, along with maintaining system security by implementing updates,
patches, and security protocols. The candidate will collaborate with other staff on technology
projects and initiatives, participate in documentation creation and the maintenance of IT
support processes, and provide support for audiovisual equipment and video conferencing
systems. They will respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in person in a timely and
efficient manner.
Supports junior technical functions, providing more focused and proactive assistance for both
technical and non-technical aspects of Cyber Security Engineering in support of NIST and ICD
503 Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities. Actively engage in the review and analysis
of Pueo's ISO and CMMC authorizations. Participate in Pueo cybersecurity and IT service
delivery process analysis meetings pertaining to ISO and CMMC and assist in identifying security
design requirements ensuring they align with organizational standards and requirements and
provide recommendations on appropriate security controls. Work alongside with Pueo's CTO
and other solutions architects on various efforts assisting as needed in support of Pueo
strategic requirements. Collaborating with Pueo team members and team leads to address
deficiencies, track improvement actions to completion, and enhance overall Pueo systems
engineering activities. Conduct basic internal reviews, gathering findings and formulating
recommendations for improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of information technology or cybersecurity related experience or the
equivalent combination of professional support, education, or professional training
- Independent work ethic

- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Focuses on the consistent execution and updating of organizational processes and procedures to drive systems and process efficiencies
- Basic experience with Windows endpoint and server operating systems
- Basic experience with Linux operating systems
- Basic experience with Python and PowerShell scripting languages
