GENERAL DUTIES:

CLEARANCE:
- Administrator responsibilities include resolving technical issues, performing system monitoring, and collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices.
- This position requires strong Technical problem-solving skills within the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack such as Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Access and Identity Manger, Oracle OHS, Oracle SOA Suite, and intermediate Linux and Windows Server Administration competencies.
- Triage and resolve critical outage and availability incidents for the FMW products.
- Identity Management (IDM) Suite and Access Management (IAM) Suite: Configure IDM components to protect applications and other FMW products, fix authentication issues, and manage LDAP directories.
- Should be able to fix independently any issues in WebLogic installation, configuration, and production instance.
- Experience in performance tuning and well versed with performance related issues like slowness, out of memory, server unavailable etc.
- The ability to plan/complete security patching and major upgrades. Familiarity with Oracle Critical Patch Set update (PSU) cycle in a Windows and Linux environment.
- Configuring SSL and SSL certificate key stores.
- Basic working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database admin tasks.
- Understanding of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) process.
- The ability to Learn new technology in a timely manner such as Microsoft OneStream. Ability to Load and upgrade software on Linux and Windows servers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Technology or related field, such as engineering technologies; or 12+ years database administrator.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Database Administrator (DBA) managing applications that works with databases.
- Recent and relevant experience (within the last three years) with Microsoft SQL Server and any of the following Oracle technologies: Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management 11g, Essbase 11g, Oracle Public Sector Planning and Budgeting, Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Data Enterprise Quality, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g/12c or Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
