CLEARANCE:
- Expert level knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, overseeing/reviewing workflows for identity lifecycle management, and supporting the integration of SailPoint with other Identity Access Management (IAM) systems. Must be highly proficient in SailPoint IdentityIQ Java, BeanShell scripting, and familiar with IAM tools like Active Directory and LDAP.
- Responsible for reviewing security policies and access controls within SailPoint. Position will work with government customer to oversee the integration of SailPoint throughout the enterprise and support the review of security audit, collaborate with integration engineers and other support staff. Will work as the cybersecurity engineering quality assurance manager ensuring the system is deployed in accordance with IC Standards.
- Security Documentation Review: Review documentation related to IdAM solutions, including system architecture diagrams, security plans, configuration guides, and operating procedures. Ensure that documentation accurately reflects implemented security controls and operational processes.
- Security Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize security risks associated with cross domain information transfer. Evaluate the impact of potential threats and vulnerabilities on the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8 years of related experience or the equivalent combination of processional support, education, or professional training.
- Strong Independent work ethics, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work unsupervised or within a team environment.
- Focuses on the consistent execution and updating of organizational processes and procedures to drive IdAM efforts.
- Preferred experience with briefing Senior Executive personnel.
- Have a good understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and DIA.
- Have solid knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework, DoD, IC Policies.
- Previous experience with migration from any identity platform to SailPoint.
- Master's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience or 6 Years of additional experience.
- Certification in DoD 8570.01-M Cybersecurity workforce, compliance with DoD Directive 8140 Cyberspace Workforce Management, and IAT Level III Certifications
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or other IAM-related credentials
