Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO is seeking a Summer 2025 Intern Cyber Security Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cyber resiliency of our Aero Platforms, by conducting R&D efforts, creating packages for authorization to operate LM systems, performing Research and Development, using cutting edge cyber technologies. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of basic systems engineering principles.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Part-Time as assigned by leader
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $29,598 - $64,168. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
