What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret /SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? You will be supporting the ongoing assessment of the data housed in the EMS repository, with a focus on identifying and addressing any informational gaps. This includes the correction, collection, and organization of EMS data from various sources as necessary to fill identified gaps or rectify errors, thereby ensuring data consistency and accuracy.In this role, you will:
  • Provide documentation that identifies the data source and articulates the information gap it aims to address.
  • Export data from the EMS repository in a machine-readable format, such as Java Script Object Notation (JSON)or via an Application Programming Interface (API), while complying with all relevant dissemination controls and formatting.
  • Integrate and present in a hierarchical structure from the unit garrison/steady state location -> Unit UIC/Name -> Platform nomenclature -> Associated Platform Equipment name-> Equipment EMS parametric values.
  • Provide documentation on the export functionality of the data.
  • Develop dynamic software model objects for EMS systems, incorporating relevant attributes. Models shall be available in both geospatial and non-geospatial formats.
  • Provide documentation detailing the development and validation of EMS Model objects.
  • Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?

You mustmeet the minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • 5+ years of experience in Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations or Signal Intelligence related field
  • 5+ years experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience with Joint Force operations at the Combatant Command/component level
  • 3+ years of experience in military exercise design and/or modeling and simulation capability.
  • Proficiency in Java script
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of data research and database management.
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
  • Able to travel as required.
