As a Surveillance Reconnaissance and Tracking Mission Spe cia list on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Space Force to integrate and deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning ( MW ) , Environmental Monitoring ( EM ) , and Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance ( TISR ) capabilities to deliver critical information to our warfighters to quickly win or even prevent future wars.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 4+ years of experience in Request for Information ( RFI ) management, collections management, or intelligence analysis
- Experience developing and building client relationships
- Experience developing product or system requirements from clients' needs
- Experience soliciting product feedback from end users
- Knowledge of commer cia l or governmental space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance ( ISR ) capabilities
- Ability to align schedule with geographically aligned combatant command headquarters
- Ability to travel to geographically aligned combatant command headquarters, including international travel
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with the DoD as a civilian, military, or contractor, or 8+ years of experience with the DoD as a civilian, military, or contractor in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- 4+ years of experience in large-scale systems engineering and integration
- Experience integrating operational, technical, cost, schedule, risk, and contractual baselines
- Experience supporting overall engineering integration of SE & I efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commer cia l programs
- Ability to establish productive and collaborative relationships with external stakeholders, including government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Center s ( FFRDC ) , and contractor teammates
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
