Intermediate Facilities Specialist

Amentum is now hiring an Intermediate Facilities Specialist in support of the Field, Lab and Air Integration / Experimentation / Modeling and Risk Reduction (FLAIR) office at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and other locations. This project will provide the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Research (C5ISR) Center services to include programmatic/business management services, engineering support services, field engineering, laboratory, logistics, and acquisition / administrative support services to augment FLAIR core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of FLAIR and its associated Managers and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with Government project leads within FLAIR.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily building operations.
• Work with Facilities staff in identifying maintenance concerns and system upkeep.
• Repair malfunctioning systems.
• Troubleshoot a variety building infrastructure systems.
• Ensure preventative measures are satisfying safety standards.
• May collaborate with building management towards the renovation and improvement of facilities systems.
• May report maintenance metrics to management.
• May train employees in specific maintenance trades.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a High School diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a SECRET Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting C5ISR DEVCOM programs.
