VTG is seeking a Senior Strategic Planner to support an exciting customer mission. The successful candidate will work on-site supporting senior customers define and evolve their organizational strategy to meet mission objectives.
Location: The location is considered WMA - Washington Metropolitan Area.

Job Description and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) providing strategic planning support to senior customers. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and evolve documents for customer strategy, program overviews, policy, and implementation goals for stakeholders, users, and other leadership.
• Provide expertise, best practices, and practical solutions to develop and execute a program management plan across efforts and implement strategy for program success.
• Support the development, implementation, and execution of governance to enable strategic priorities.
• Engage across organization and management levels to provide recommendations for business process improvements, support the transition and integration of improvements.
• Support the development of strategic technical roadmaps to codify the implementation of strategic goals and objectives.
• Support activities to codify metrics and measures of effectiveness.
• Provide comprehensive responses to internal and external actions.
Do you have what it takes?
Requirements
• TS/SCI with Poly.
• 12+ years of related experience supporting the customer agency.
• Demonstrated experience creating and revising policy documentation and then coordinating the process to advance this documentation into policy.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying DNI Directives, Agency Regulations, National Industrial Security Program, Executive Orders, and other national level policies.
• Demonstrated experience performing the full lifecycle of policy development.
• Experience using customer systems involved in establishing new policies and changing existing policies.
• Strong organizational, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
