DSA is seeking a Senior Program Manager with a Secert clearance to work at the Picatinny Arsenal area with
experience in managing and running large complex programs in a high tempo DoD environment that supports all
levels of users from the novice up to highly proficient Senior Leaders. Minimum responsibilities include:
• Plan, direct, and manage program initiatives to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Supervise and lead a team of professionals across various labor categories and skill sets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
Requirements include:
• Demonstrated experience as a program manager with a preferred minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication, with a preference for experience communicating with the
highest levels of management.
• Knowledge of industry-accepted standards and best practices related to Agile, DevSecOps
Knowledge and experience with DoD cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework
• Experience in the military or working with senior military leaders.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a IT/Computer related field or in Business
• Certified as a Project Management Professional or been certified under DAWIA in the Program Manager
• Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in
efforts similar in size and scope as referenced in this PWS.
• Knowledge of industry-accepted standards and best practices related to Service Delivery's mission.
• Demonstrated experience in a DOD IT environment.
• Experience managing performance-based contracts and/or task orders and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition
Regulation (FAR).
• Excellent communication skills at senior government levels.
