Technology Scope
Manage and troubleshoot of all M365 Services (Endpoint Manager, Entra, Intune, MS Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Whiteboard, MS Forms, Planner, License management and List)
Responsibilities
Work on project tasks (Autopilot setup, configuration policy design, implementation and troubleshooting)
Prepare Technical design and present to Architect design board and Experience delivery board
Manage and propose Modern Workplace to drive efficiency, governance, and standardization of repeatable solutions
Utilize configuration management to meet the goals of security and compliance.
Analysis and Diagnose issues and apply appropriate fix
Prepare and present facts clearly and concisely in both written and oral form.
Evaluate and document processes and record keeping methods and contribute to process improvements.
Deployment/Assignment of managed application to AAD groups/ Application
Provide instant VIP support when issues occur to help resolve
Perform routine maintenance checks on required services
Maintain and operate any devices which are used for Microsoft 365 services
Perform firmware/software upgrades as necessary if any
Raise a case with Microsoft and help to resolve issues and RCAs
ServiceNow Management (Incident/Request and changes)
Perform yearly preventative maintenance checks to help maintain stable systems
Test newly released services by Microsoft and ensure its deployed within the organization without any impact.
Required skills and qualifications
Experience on Microsoft 365 Technical Architect (Intune, Endpoint Manager, Entra)
Experience in operational (break/fix) support of M365 Technology
Experience in filling out documentation and reports
Experience on Jira, Confluence, Miro, Whiteboard Tools
