ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Requirements Analyst to support our USMC contract out of Stafford, VA.

ManTech is responsible for assisting our Government customers to ensure that material solutions developed or acquired by Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Gather and analyze requirements for munition projects, ensuring all stakeholder needs are captured accurately.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Understanding of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and requirements.
  • Conduct requirement validation sessions with stakeholders to confirm and refine requirements.
  • Track and manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and transparency.
  • Support the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and senior leadership on requirement status and issues.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree and at least 5 years of experience in requirements analysis to include the following: (Additional 2 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree)
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and specifications.
  • Experience with requirements management tools and software such as DOORS and Cameo Systems Modeler.
  • Familiarity with the Requirements Management and Analysis Process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on munition or defense-related projects.
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps Systems Command processes and procedures.
  • Certification in requirements management or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Must have an active Secret clearance
