ManTech seeks a Security Administrator to support the Security Division, Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) contract located in Stafford, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DON), Marine Corps (MC), and command regulations.
- Oversee the security of all wargames and exercises conducted at the MCWAC.
- Provide guidance and oversight for classified meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Conduct security investigations and incident reporting.
- Develop and deliver security education and training programs.
- Review and evaluate personnel security investigations.
- Manage the Command's Top Secret Control, NATO Control Point, and SPECAT programs.
- Oversee the classification management program and ensure proper handling of classified information.
- Coordinate with other security personnel to ensure the overall security of the Neller Center.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in security management, with at least 3 years of experience in SAP and SCI security.
- Mastery of security regulations and procedures governing SAP and SCI.
- Extensive knowledge of DoD and DON security policies.
- Experience in conducting security investigations and incident reporting.
- Ability to develop and deliver security education and training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) certification.
- Experience working in a military or government environment.
Clearance Requirements:
- This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able and willing to perform occasional manual labor and warehouse duties with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
