  • Leadership in Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Teams: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex challenges, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure the success of large programs and initiatives.
  • A Visionary Strategist: Capable of guiding strategic technical planning, leading engineering assessments, and executing trade studies that will influence the direction of critical national security systems.

What We Value:

  • A Relevant Degree: Bachelor's or higher in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM fields.
  • Advanced Certifications & Skills:
    • Master's degree or INCOSE Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification
