Amentum is seeking a Storage Planner to join our team in Hawthorne, Nevada to support the Hawthorne Army Depot. The Storage Planner prepares, implements and maintains the Depot Master Storage Plan. You will coordinate, schedule, and confirm carrier appointments for all incoming materials. Assign proper storage locations for incoming materials and will observe/audit storage sites, and processes to ensure compliance with Master Storage Plan.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a space maximum initiative at Hawthorne Army Depot. Prepare, implement, and maintain the Depot Master Storage Plan. Coordinate receipts, issue, and internal plant movements of munitions. Analyze complex problems or evaluate technical data. Plan and coordinate special projects to include Operation Patriot Bandaleer, Retrogrades etc.
- Prepare and ensure implementation of the Hawthorne Army Depot Master Storage Plan.
- Prepare and submit billing tonnage reports for all shipping, receiving, and storage activities. Prepare, compile, and present various reporting for all Supply Depot Operations activities, as well as maintain proper records of movement.
- Coordinate, schedule, and confirm carrier appointments for all incoming materials. Assign proper storage locations for incoming materials. Observe and audit storage sites and processes to ensure compliance with the Master Storage Plan.
- Identify, track and research material discrepancies. Provide solutions to mitigate discrepancies. Assist traffic Management division with daily activities as needed.
- Facilitate proper movement of materials in accordance with DoD, State, Federal regulations, and the Master Storage Plan.
- Uphold company values (Safety, Diversity, Integrity and Success). Perform other duties of the same or lower level of difficulty as assigned. May be assigned occasional duties of a higher level of difficulty than those listed above. Maintain high ethical standards, overall values of the business, and the Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct to include cooperating during Company investigation.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma/equivalent, required.
- Minimum two (2) years of Storage Munitions Handler or related depot operations experience with appropriate data input/clerical skills.
- Must be well-versed in ammunition depot automated processes applicable to storage and supply (bin-to-bin, shipping, receiving, restow, etc.). This includes, but not limited to, knowledge of the logistical programs (AIT, LMP) and applicable documents (WRO, ATR, MRO, etc.) used to execute operational tasks.
- Able to obtain and maintain LMP training and certifications required to be granted specific Functional Security Roles (FSRs) related to position. Must acquire Ammo Ops certification as needed.
- Able to work overtime, varying hours and/or rotating shifts.
- Computer literate in common software applications, i.e. Word-Excel-Power point and able to input data, conduct research, and type reports, and operate general office equipment.
- Must have sufficient skills in mathematics and general office procedures.
- Communicate in a professional and effective manner, in English, using all traditional forms of business communication including but not limited to written and verbal instructions.
- Willing and able to wear various levels of personal protective equipment to include Safety hat, shoes, gloves, and glasses.
- Maintain fitness-for-duty standards to perform the essential functions of the position, to include any HWAD drill, contingency and/or emergency requirement.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
